As Property Manager for a large inner city Secondary School, I have been fortunate to have been able to use the services of Adhesive Engineering for the past ten years.
The building I manage is only 22 years old but had developed some extensive leaks after about 10-12 years. This was due to the fact that the building had been constructed in 3 separate sections and the joins had been sealed with some type of non-expanding sealant. Over time, with building settlement, the sections had separated and left wide gaps for water penetration.
Fortunately I was introduced to John Skinner of Adhesive Engineering and over a number of years following, the problems were eliminated one by one through the application of an expanding rubber type bandage. This treatment has totally eliminated any water ingress.
The management and staff at Adhesive Engineering are always polite, prompt and efficient in answering any call for assistance. The work is carried out with minimal interference to the running of the school and the area cleaned meticulously after each job has been completed.
